Dear Mary Have been meaning to email you earlier to thank you for providing us with such a spectacular cake decorating session last week. Both children and adults were captivated. It was wonderful the way you spoke with and included the children in your demonstration. Since then we have had quite a few more “weddings” (although the grooms have not been eager in coming forth!) and each Play dough cake that they make has to have the little wire decoration added to it, that you made. The plastic picnic knife that they use also has to have a ribbon on it now as well.
We certainly enjoyed eating it and quite often the children do not like some of the cakes that are brought in here as birthday cakes –however they all devoured yours!
I cannot thank you enough, we love to offer our children rich experiences that will stimulate their play.

Dear Mary, just had to drop you a line and congratulate you on yet another outstanding creation! Melissa and Pete's wedding was outstanding and the talk of the reception. Just a quick e mail to pass on our appreciation for the great wedding cake you prepared for us. Your service was top class and it meant we did not have to worry a bit about the wedding cake as all was in good hands with you. In fact I told Schendell we did not have worry about the cake as Mary was so well organised it will be fine, and it was.

Thanks also the transporting containers you loaned to us. It made sure the cake travel well and made it without any problems. The cake was fresh on the day and the gluten free cake is the best we have ever had.
